Customization of Idols:

Apart from the idols readily available with us, we also customise the idols according to your need and requirements. We can customise the paint, size and shape. Please confirm with us the time it may take to carve your idol. Payment Terms:

Generally, we take 50 % of the total invoice value as an advance for the customised order. The remaining amount is payable upon approval and before shipment takes place. For those idols that are ready with us, you need to pay us the cost and shipping charges in advance.

Payment Methods:

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal or western union money transfer. Please email us on enquiry@gmb.in for further details.

Shipping:

Most idols will be shipped out within 48 hours from the time of approval.

For international order, the idols weighting upto 50 Kgs, we recommend to use airway shipping. For heavier idols weighting more than 50 kgs, seaway shipping is more preferable. We prefer to use DHL as a preferred carrier for airway shipments. We can also use any service of the client's
choosing.

For national deliveries, we are using reliable courier company to deliver your god statues.

Shipping Rates:

For Airway shipments, the shipping rates are based on total weight. Total weight is based on weight of idol and its packaging. In airway shipments, your idol would be delivered to your door steps. For UK and US delivery, it would take 48 – 72 hours to deliver the idol to your home.

For seaway shipments, the rates are on volume bases. For seaway shipping rates, you need to provide us with the name of nearest port from your location. Seaway shipments, generally, take 30 – 35 days to reach to the destination port.

Packaging:

We take utmost care in shipping and packing each idols. It is so important to us that each idol reaches to you in its best condition. We use corrugated cardboard boxes for all airway shipments.

For all seaway shipments, a wooden box is built to fit that individual idol' dimensions. Each piece is packed in one layer of packing material then wrapped with extra thick bubble wrap.

Insurance:

We take utmost care to ensure that an idol is not damaged in shipping by packing each piece with care. However, no matter how perfectly an idol is packed the journey from our store to your home is out of our hands. In order to protect your interest, we make sure that all our consignments are insured. If a sculpture has been damaged in shipping please notify us within 24 hours so that the proper insurance measures can be taken. Be sure to keep all of the packaging materials which will be needed for inspection by the shipping company. Again, we take utmost care to make sure that any damage does not happen in the first place.

Customs and Duties:

There may be duties or taxes importing a our products into your country. Please check with your government to determine the duties as they vary country to country. The customer is responsible for whatever duties apply to the statue. We shall not be held responsible for any delays that occur because of a countries customs laws.
